My 5-Day Colon Detox is a popular product. Many of my patients choose to use it 4 times a year—with the change of seasons—to detoxify their bodies, improve their health, and prevent problems before they even begin.

How it works:

COLON DETOX #1: contains a range of herbs designed to help you get regular.

ALOE, SENNA and CASCARA SAGRADA: contain a phytochemical known as Emodin. Emodin helps to increase peristaltic action in the colon—i.e. the contractions of the colon muscle which are crucial to bowel movements.
OREGON GRAPE ROOT: flushes the liver and gallbladder, increasing bile production.
GARLIC: has anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-parasitic properties, to thoroughly clean out and disinfect the colon.
CAYENNE and GINGER: stimulate the colon, healing inflamed and damaged tissue and relieving gas, respectively.

COLON DETOX #2: contains ingredients designed to neutralise and draw out harmful substances from the colon, and remove compacted faecal matter.

BENTONITE CLAY, CHARCOAL and APPLE PECTIN: are three of the most powerful absorbers and neutralisers. For example, Bentonite Clay can absorb up to 40 times its own weight in faecal matter, as well as smothering and drawing out various kinds of parasites.
ACTIVATED CHARCOAL: is perhaps the world’s greatest absorber of toxins and poisons. It has the ability to absorb and neutralise over 3,000 known substances, including drug residues, herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, and more. This is what makes it so popular in water filters and gas masks. Apple pectin can draw out harmful substances from the colon. This includes heavy metals, and radioactive materials.
MARSHMALLOW ROOT, PSYLLIUM SEED and FLAX SEED: help to give the formula a mucilaginous consistency. This allows the herbs to sit in your colon, resting against the intestinal walls, softening, loosening and breaking up old dried, hard faecal matter that, in many cases, have been in your colon for years.

How to Take it:

COLON DETOX #1: Take one capsule at night with dinner. If you don’t see a significant increase in bowel activity in the morning, add one more tablet with dinner per night until you do see an increase in the morning. You Should go “WOW”! This amount will be your dose for 2 weeks.

COLON DETOX #2: After one week of taking the Colon Detox #1, you can begin taking Colon Detox #2. Take one heaped teaspoonful 5 x a day until it is all gone. Colon Detox #1 should be used alongside the Colon Detox #2. In some cases, you may need to increase your dosage of Colon Detox #1 while taking Colon Detox #2. This is because the clay in the Colon Detox #2 can have a slightly constipating effect on the colon if used alone.
