Who Needs It?

The two herbs in this formula are designed to calm the body’s immune responses, while at the same time, strengthening the immune system. MARSHMALLOW ROOT: is a herb that, despite not being native to America, was a favourite of the late herbalist Dr. Christopher. A highly mucilaginous herb, Marshmallow has long been used for coughs, colds and other respiratory problems, due to its soothing nature, along with swollen and inflamed glands. The mucilage present in the Marshmallow helps to keep the body’s cells healthy as well as soothing them if inflamed.
ASTRAGALUS: has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to counteract physical exhaustion and weakness. In addition, it has been traditionally used to raise the immune system’s level of resistance and improve overall physical endurance. There was a study conducted in the USA regarding Astragalus’s ability to restore normal functioning of the immune system in those who are immunocompromised. It looked at a number of cancer patients. Those who were given Astragalus along with other conventional treatments such as chemotherapy drugs or radiation, recovered faster from the treatment. This may suggest that the herb can be helpful for improving immune system function.

How to Take it:

The suggested dose is 2 droppers-full (60 drops) 4 times a day, in 60ml of water.
